PUPPY / DOG PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Facility Visits
We welcome visitors into our home to see the puppies when scheduled in advance. All of our dogs and puppies are raised in a loving home where they are socialized with other pets and children. If you are located near Gig Harbor, WA we are very willing to meet you for a visit.
Cost
The cost of each puppy is calculated with the parent’s competition history and pedigree in mind and the expense of whelping the puppies to 8-12 weeks old, which is when they can travel to their new home. The cost of whelping includes the necessary vaccines and medications for both the puppy and mother, food and socialization.

Purchasing
We must speak to you on the phone before we sell you a puppy. This helps us to ensure our puppies and dogs go to great homes! It helps us get to know you and your family and lifestyle and make sure that our dogs are a good fit for you. We want everyone to be happy!
We generally take Checks, credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks or cash as payment. Venmo is accepted on a limited basis. After we receive your deposit we will mark the puppy as yours and add your first name and last initial to the pick of the litter list. The balance must be paid in full before we ship or deliver the dog. Your deposit may be moved to a future litter but it is non-refundable.

Purchase price does not include sales tax, shipping costs, travel crate, or health
certificate.
Shipping
We have the ability to ship puppies outside of Washington State. We have a great relationship with the air shipping company and they take great care of our dogs. The Cost of shipping is not included in the price of your puppy but is calculated at time of inquiry.
We are close to SeaTac Airport. If your home is in Washington State, we will drive to meet you or deliver the puppy.
Seller's Representation
SELLER’S REPRESENTATIONS:

Seller makes the following representations regarding the sale of dogs and puppies unless otherwise noted in the final purchase agreement:
​
a. Purchaser may, within 72 hours of accepting the DOG into Purchaser’s possession, return the DOG to the Seller in the same condition as delivered, for any reason, and without question, and receive a refund of the purchase price, less a restock fee of 25% of the DOG’s purchase price.
b. As of the date of delivery, Seller warrants that to the best of Seller’s knowledge, DOG is in good health and free from communicable diseases.
c. Seller has the right of first refusal if Purchaser wishes to sell, re-home, or euthanize the DOG at any time after acceptance.
d. At the time of acceptance and delivery, Purchaser assumes full liability for the DOG and its actions. Seller
releases all ownership responsibilities to the Purchaser and makes no express or implied, written or oral
warranties for the future handling or behavior of the DOG.
E. Dog/Puppy will receive full registration from country of Origin within 1 year.

F. If too young for x-ray, puppy will not have developed debilitating hip and/or elbow dysplasia within one year
of age.
PURCHASER’S EXCLUDIVE REMEDIES REGARDING SELLER’S
REPRESENTATIONS
The remedies contained in this paragraph shall be Purchaser’s exclusive and sole recourse in the event that any of the representations initialed by the parties in the preceding paragraph are not met.
Purchaser is encouraged to have the DOG examined by a qualified veterinarian immediately upon acceptance. Any claims regarding communicable diseases or the DOG’s general health at the time of delivery shall be made to Seller in writing sent via U.S. Mail, Certified, postmarked no later than the 7th calendar day following acceptance of the DOG by Purchaser. All claims shall be accompanied by a written statement from Purchaser’s veterinarian setting forth the specific problem concerning the DOG. Upon receipt of Purchaser’s letter and veterinarian statement, Purchaser shall contact Seller and make prompt arrangements for return of the DOG to Seller’s place of business within 3 days. Purchaser shall be responsible for taking good and reasonable care of the DOG until it is returned to the Seller. Costs and related expensed of returning the DOG to the Seller shall be the Purchaser’s sole obligation. Upon return of the DOG, Seller shall refund of the purchase price of the DOG to Purchaser within 10 days.
Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Agreement, or for any injuries to persons or property, is limited to Seller returning the purchase price of the DOG. In no case shall Seller be liable to Purchaser or any third party for consequential, incidental, or
special damages.
